DMF WhatsApp/Texts
DMF uses several channels to communicate with our contractors when onsite. Please follow accordingly:
CALLS:
For critical or urgent response. Please call as Required 07 3211 2033.
TEXTS:
For response when next available. Used to communicate between contractors and DMF for job specific information and updates. Please note that not all DMF staff have mobile phones. If you are given a staff members mobile phone number please only utilise this if you cannot contact them via the main phone number as this is the best way to contact staff.
WHATSAPP:
General group chat. Used to help each other in emergencies, coordinate staff during events (ie. cyclone and water damages) and
project or maintenance updates.
