Communicator GO - Quick User Guide

Hi Team,

Please see below a quick guide on how to use the Communicator GO app for making, receiving and transferring calls.

Making a Call

• Open the Communicator GO app.
  
• Search for the staff member/contact you would like to call, or enter the phone number using the keypad.
  
• Select the phone icon to start the call.
  

Receiving a Call

• Incoming calls will appear through the Communicator GO app.
  
• Select Answer to take the call or Decline if you are unavailable.
  

Transferring a Call to Another Staff Member
While you are on a call:

1. Select the Transfer option.
   
2. Search for the staff member you would like to transfer the caller to.
   
3. You can then complete either a Direct/Blind Transfer or a Supervised/Attended Transfer.

Hi All, Please ensure that when uploading files to SharePoint, the file naming convention and structure is adhered to.

We've had a number of instances where this is not the case, and it actually takes a lot longer to go back through, find them, and then fix them all.

Following recent articles regarding GPT-6, it has been advised that we swap back to 5.6 SOL whenever possible, as there's not a lot of advantage of using GPT-6.

Its being reported that there are a lot of hallucinations and bad responses. Chances are when you start a new chat it will default to GPT-6, please adjust this where possible. This will also save token usage.
