August 2026 Corner house Update

As construction progresses at Corner House, the building is now moving into the typical levels, marking another significant stage in the project’s development.

Following a slight delay to the final Level 1 slab pour, works are now back on track, with the Level 2 slab currently being prepared and poured in sections.



Key milestones achieved include:

• Preparation and concrete pours for the Level 2 slab are currently underway in sections.
• Scaffolding is now being progressively removed from ground level, with this process expected to be completed in the coming month. This will reveal more of the finished ground-level structure and give a clearer sense of the building as it takes shape.
• Construction has now moved into the typical residential levels, with Level 2 currently underway.

Corner House continues to progress, with the structure now beginning to rise through the typical levels. We look forward to sharing further updates as construction advances and the building continues to take shape.
