Circa 43 years ago, John DeMartini co-founded DeMartini Fletcher Property (DMF). He has grown their property portfolio to 20
commercial assets with over 250 tenants in and around Brisbane. More recently, DMF have expanded into the multi-residential sector and
have circa 90 apartments currently in Construction.
From a resource pool of 2 back in the 1980’s the office has grown to circa 15 full time staff.
Over the last year or so John has been planning the future growth of the business.
John has spoken to several senior members within the team, canvassing capability, interest, and depth of experience which has given John the
comfort in making the decision to appoint a General Manager.
DMF announces that over the next 12-18 months Tony Dwyer will transition from Development Manager to General Manager.
Over the last 4 years Tony has delivered circa 4,000m² of new commercial office space, assisted in the refurbishment of over 2,500m² of
existing commercial office space, helped reshaped the DMF construction arm and helped to establish our Developer Builder model that is
currently delivering 43 apartments at Manly QLD. John has a genuine level of trust with Tony and is extremely comfortable and excited
to work closely with him over this transition period.
It is important to note that John is not retiring, he will continue to work within the business and provide a consultative/mentoring role as
required. Both John and Tony are excited about the growth of the company, and they are looking forward to the future opportunities in
both the Residential and Commercial sectors within QLD.
All the team at DeMartini Fletcher wish Tony well and look forward to working with him in his new role going forward.
