De Martini Fletcher was formed in 1980 as a collaboration between John De Martini Properties and the John Fletcher Group of Sydney.
John De Martini is a well-known and respected property professional who has successfully operated in the Queensland market for over 40 years. Based in Sydney, the John Fletcher Group has operated for over 70 years, working across a range of Australian property markets.

As the co-founder of the group and the Managing Director, John oversees the day-to-day operations of the
company. He is responsible for many of the group’s development activities. John’s eye for detail and outstanding industry
relationships have been instrumental in shaping our successful track record.
Based in Brisbane, John guides the strategic direction of asset acquisition and market selection to ensure the success of the group through the inevitable peaks and troughs of property cycles.
Steve has an extensive background in financial management. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and
Managing Director at a range of Sydney based companies across the Transport Logistics, Investment and Property Development industries.
As a Director, Steve oversees DeMartini Fletcher’s financial management and funding arrangements for our asset portfolio. Steve’s strategic financial advice has helped accelerate the group’s growth and prospects in recent years. With his sound and considered approach to financial management, DeMartini Fletcher’s continued prosperity is assured.
John Lunney holds more than 20 years experience in the Property Industry from his earlier
years of Property Leasing and Portfolio Management, working his way through various avenues to become De Martini Fletcher’s
Development Director. John is responsible for the overall management of all aspects of property development.
Recently completing the “Enclave Residences” Development in Wynnum, John lead the way to achieving two awards being the 2019 UDIA Finalist for High Density Development of 10 storeys or less and 2019 UDIA Finalist for Medium Density Development for which John dedicated long hours and hard work to bring this project to a Professional finish.
Tony joined De Martini Fletcher as Development Manager November 2019, to strengthen their development
capabilities specifically around project procurement and delivery. Tony brings over 25 years’ experience from his Project
Management background working across both private and public sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Tony is professionally qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor and brings to De Martini Fletcher a breadth of expertise and experience in feasibility studies, dilapidation reports, design management, tendering, main contractor procurement, construction contract administration and supervision (superintendent).

John De Martini (Jnr) plays a valuable role in ensuring the De Martini Fletcher Property Portfolio is at its
most highest standard for presentation of vacant tenancies, liaising with Commercial Property Agents daily, providing up to date and
current leasing statistics to ensure low vacancy rate.

Stuart is the Financial Controller at De Martini Fletcher and is responsible for its finance function,
including management accounting, compliance, payroll, planning and analysis.
He has over 25 years’ experience in finance management in Australia and overseas, bringing with him broad experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management.
He has worked across various industries in various finance roles for organisations such as Mars, Puma Energy, Mountain Designs, Bartercard, eta.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of New England, Northern Rivers (now Southern Cross University) and is a Member of CPA Australia.
