Please note that generally under lease conditions Tenants are responsible for all maintenance within the tenancy ( With exception to structrual or works of a capital nature like equipment replacement ) Any maintenance requested and completed by DMF that is deemed to be the responsibility of the tenant under the lease will be recharged with a 20% Administration / management fee.
