We believe that all accidents are preventable, and that good safety is good for our business. Our reputation and profitability depend upon our ability to manage our operations safely. 

To achieve the objectives of our policy we will: 

• Comply with all legislative and contract requirements related to Workplace Health and Safety. 
  

• Establish achievable Workplace Health and Safety performance targets at all levels of our business. We will analyse and respond to our performance against these targets to ensure we continually improve our performance. 
  

• Ensure that Workplace Health and Safety systems are in place to effectively manage safety, including the development and implementation of safe work practices. In this process we will consult with employees to ensure any concerns that they may have been addressed. 
  

• Ensure that all work activities are carried out by competent trained people, and to provide appropriate training where necessary. 
  

Ensure that all employees and subcontractors understand that they have a personal responsibility to conduct their work in a safe manner.
